This was our first visit to Susanna's after reading the rave reviews. The plaza is quite charming, like rustic chic, and there's always something interesting to look at sitting on the patio. The lamb I ordered was first a little undercooked and then a little overlooked, but I enjoyed it along with the grilled fruit and rice. We also ordered the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. A very nice meal. We saw chocolate cake going to another table and had to try it. I was a little disappointed to see it being prepared with ice cream from Costco and Hershey syrup. I'd have preferred a gourmet ice cream and freshly made syrup, but all in all a pleasant experience. The coffee was delicious and the service was pleasant and very helpful, taking us on a little tour of the below ground cellar and private party room. We will definitely come again as there are a number of interesting items on the menu we plan to taste, including handcrafted Mexican beers and local wines! There's also a wonderful massage right around the corner to relax after your meal! Viva la Mexico!!
