We walked by Cesar's a couple times and then decided to pop in. 25 peso beers is the norm around town as if this writing - Late February 2014. Quick service and a broad menu with very reasonable prices. The great value is the large platter of condiments. Guacamole*, fresh salsa, spicy sauce, pickled onions, coleslaw and chips. A pretty fair spread for three tacos at 6 pesos a piece. Final comment is that on a Tuesday at 2pm the place was steadily busy. A good rule of thumb; busy place = good place. My tacos were tasty with a tender chunks of beef.
* Guacamole here isn't the fresh guac with chunky pieces and fresh lime. It is the generic, mass produced stuff. fyi
