Description: Sabor! Restaurant brings you hearty flavors in a tranquil garden setting. Enjoy the sounds of the water feature at our swim-up pool bar and listen to peaceful flamenco guitar. Sit poolside or in our second-story palapa, which offers a 360-degree view of the town of Loreto, the incredible La Giganta mountain range, and the stunning Sea of Cortez and islands of Loreto. Our location just outside of town gives us a uniquely tranquil and fresh environment. Sabor! Is a family-run establishment, where you can watch as our grillmaster wood-fires premium chicken breast and some of Loreto's best hamburgers in our outdoor poolside kitchen. Our menu is a blend of Southwestern and Mexican flavors, along with many family recipes with origins in Jalisco, Mexico.

We have been to Sabor Restaurant several times while we have been in Loreto, BCS. Ashley and her family have created a beautiful garden setting with a palapa balcony area to view the Sea of Cortez from your table. Sabor sells wine, beer, and drinks a long with fresh homemade foods. All of the meats are cooked with mesquite BBQ and are melt in your mouth delicious. My favorite is their Carne Asada, which I think is the best in Loreto. They are also famous for their great pasta dish and then you have to top off your meal with HOMEMADE ice cream. Sabor is located between the International Airport and Loreto city limits. You can take a cab out or rental car. Sabor is our must go to restaurant when we are in Loreto. Trust me, you won't be disappointed... the best food in the area.

I just finished a fantastic meal! Sitting here with the warm summer breeze....sipping my Pacifico....and looking at the ink blue Sea of Cortez to East and the Gigantas Mountains to the South. What else could one ask for? Well worth the effort to discover this flower in the desert! 80 people cannot be wrong!

This place is a little off the beaten path. Between town and the San Javier turn off look for the sign and don't turn into the ditch. This is a casa off on its own. The family run restaurant offers seating upstairs in an open palapa or around the pool. The service is very friendly and attentive. As a matter of fact they make u feel like u are part of the family. The food was excellent and our group had a wonderful dinner.

My brother and I have been going to Loreto at least 2 or 3 times a year for the last 6 or 7 years and have enjoyed Loreto restaurants very much. This last May we were told about El Sabor. Thought we would give it a try. I only wish we would have known of El sabor before as it was as good as it gets. Every part of our experience was great. One reviewer says it is kinda a Gringo place. That is good for us gringos for now cause when the Mexican people have a chance to try El Sabor us gringos will have to make our reservations further in advance for a truly great visual and dining experience. I am going back to Loreto in July and plan to try a different entree each time at El Sabor.
Happy dining.
