Marlin adventures is definitly great for diving or snorkling trips. My girlfriend and I went for 1 day with Arturo the divemaster, and Sergio the boatcaptain. What a great day we had! We first went out looking for whale sharks, and we found them after only about ten minutes. While swimming with them we were soon surrounded by dolfins. After this they took us to the Island of Esperitu Santu where we went diving with the sealions. Arturo was great playing with them and making it the best dive possible. Afterward we headed for a deserted little beautiful beach for a Ceviche lunch. Did a wreck-dive after where we saw 4 mantarays.

They offer a very competitive price for a great day of fun.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Marlin adventures! Beginning with the amazing staff! Arturo and Sofia were super friendly and very helpful. They are very knowledgable about La Paz. Their boat captain Sergio was also very friendly, funny and helpful. The company will send a taxi to pick you up and bring you to the dock. They have all the equipment for you. (Of course you can bring your own if you prefer). I recommend bringing your own mask and fins. Their fins are short and require more paddling. While you're on the boat they make various stops at several landmarks sharing a little history about la Paz. You are able to take in the beautiful beaches. We did 7 dives with them. Each one very awesome!! We encountered sea lions, hammerhead sharks, sea turtles and a wealth of other sea life! In between your dives they serve you lunch and provide beverages! And if its season, on your way back they will try and find the whale sharks and let your snorkel with them!!! Most other dive shops charge for this trip alone! Marlin really goes out of their way to provide a fun adventure. And their prices are very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that dives or snorkels!!

Great dive / snorkel operation with a fun, knowledgeable staff. We went diving 3 consecutive days and had a blast. Our guides Arturo, Sophia and our driver Sergio were so much fun to be around and not only did they take us diving they stopped at points of interest, pointed out flora and fauna we would have never noticed and even stopped off for a quick bit of cliff diving!
Our hammerhead dive only resulted in 1 hammerhead sighting and Arturo was heartbroken, he wanted for us to see hundreds of them but we were still excited. Goes to show the staff puts their hearts into this operation.
Marlin is the way to go, don't even mess with the rest!

We drove to La Paz from Cabo San Lucas. We left at 6 am with the intention of arriving in La Paz at 8 am. We did not have reservations for a trip to Espirtu Santos, however I was fairly confident we would find someone to take us. I was a bit nervous, because there were not the number of people selling the tour as I imagined. I asked some for some assistance, we ended up at Marlin Adventures. There were 3 of us in our group. Though another large family shared our "launch", we had our own guide. The day was beautiful, a full trip around the island, snorkeling with the sea lions, lunch and some wonderful snorkeling at off a private beach. The day was long, since one group had to be left off at Tecolote beach and then we headed back to La Paz. Since it was the end of a long day, that was the only negative. The guides were nice and knowledgeable. I was a little anxious about snorkeling with the sea lions, however our guide keep us close and was able to keep a watchful eye.

Lunch was provided. Sandwiches and fresh ceviche and marlin salad. Soft drinks, water and beer were available.

Bring plenty of sun screen. Espiritu Santos is not a developed island, so toilet facilities are limited.

I highly recommend this day trip. If you are staying in Cabo San Lucas, it is a long day. We chose to drive, 2 hours there and 2 hours back. The road is paved and easy to drive. Trafic is minimal on the main road. Be sure that you gas up before you leave Cabo since gas stations are at a minimum until you reach Todos Santos and La Paz.

With so many options in La Paz it's hard to choose - these guys were fantastic - they arranged door to door pick up and drop off. The boat was fast and safe with excellent gear. Lunch was on a gorgeous beach - they served fresh tasty food and refreshing cold drinks. We saw dolphins within 5 mins of leaving the marina, then sea lions and jumping manta rays - they are amazing! Rees and our boat guy were awesome. I'd recommend booking with these guys.
