“Great people watching and sunsets”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2014

Strolling the Malecon is one of the most popular activities in the evening and on the weekends with locals and tourists alike. It's a great way to soak up local culture and to find a restaurant for lunch or dinner with a view.

“Lots of beautiful sculptures on the Malecon”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2014

There's a very nice malecon that goes along the waterfront in downtown La Paz. You can enjoy the views, the boats, and the people watching. What makes this malecon unique is all the beautiful marine life sculptures you'll see.

And when you get hungry, there are plenty of bars and restaurants across the street.

“Beautiful and serene”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2014

Very nice boardwalk along the bay for strolls any time of the day or evening. Weekends are more crowded and not as serene, but full of energy and lots to see. Many restaurants across the street for a great meal or a cool drink. Not many good shops though.

“Love the boardwalk”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 14, 2014

We had a pleasant evening watching the families walk past. It was a very pleasant change from Cabo where the street and beach vendors can become overbearing at times.
