Parking- on the street, good luck

Food- not good

First you should know that you eat first, then pay later.
With so many people hovering around the stall, you really don't know what the hell is going on. Fight your way to the front, order your ceviche or tostada, wait for it, get it and eat it on the dirty street corner, then go back and pay. It's incredible cheap so if you want to have the experience you can and it won't be sucking your money dry but the food was not good so why bother.
