Owner description: Roughly translated as "the snorter," this underwater cave regularly sucks in sea water and spits it out the cave's top drenching visitors to the site.

Sure, it is a nice sight to behold, for five minutes at the very most. Everything else is are just restaurants and stores. A real tourist trap.

I came here by a cruise and really regretted not doing the other activities that were more fun.

Horrible, over hyped, dirty and full of smells. It is a traditional place though that you have to visit once in your life.

i love the local shops and stores. personally i have been retreating to this city for the last 16 ;years and would recommend it to everyone....very friendly as well as English speaking merchant who love to satisfy guests as well as get you the best deal when purchasing from the markets...make sure you barter...they respect it and also love to have the conversation

We toured this blow hole on a shore excursion from the Sapphire Princess cruise ship. What a great day! It is just amazing to stand and watch the water simply explode! The scenery is stunning too. Our guide told us there were only three blowholes like this in the world - one in Maui, and another in Australia.

There are lots of venders along both sides of the path going to the blow hole, but you can easily just smile and say no thank you if you are not interested and you don't have to walk into their shops. Our guide recommended "The Leather House" if we were interested in silver jewelry, as they carried .925 pieces. Very lovely things. I purchased several pieces and had fun bargaining with them. They were very nice and rather funny.

Don't pass up the FISH TACOS! We ate at the little shop close to the bus parking and they were incredible! Only $1.50 too. Great people as well. One more thing, the bathrooms cost 50 cents because they have to truck water out there, but I figured it was helping out the attendants.

Just got back from my quick Ensenada spring break trip and had to make a trip to the blow hole and flea market. the blow hole experience is so much fun, I never get tried of seeing the water explode from the blow hole. Also the flea market is better than ever with lots of food and drink choices.
