Nice Stay

I book one bedroom but they gave us two bedroom. I would still prefer the one bedroom as the pool in the 2 bedroom was too deep for me. The hotel was a bit far from the beach area. They do provide shuttle service. The breakfast was normal. I like that they have full kitchen and provide free minibar. However, the safety of the hotel need to improve. The reason being the safe deposit box in the room is movable which means someone can come in just took the whole safety box away. Secondly, the villa door can only be locked from inside but once we went out we are unable to lock the villa door. I would stay there again as the overall stay is still nice.

Thank you for your time to share the experience of your recent stay at Pimann Buri. Safety is always our priority, therefore we would like to clarify about the villa lock. Actually the villa door can be locked with the villa door key. The lock is not automatic unlike typical hotel room, as our villas are like a home, but the entry door is lockable with the key. We also have 24 hour security guard at the entrance of the property. We are glad that regardless of the minor issue, you would stay with us again :-) Please keep in touch. Beautiful Oasis

After a week in Bangkok and a couple days in Chiang Mai, we arrived in Krabi for the end of our Thailand adventure. We were supposed to stay July 2-4, 2018, but our flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok was delayed causing us to miss our connection to Krabi. Thai Airways ended up putting us up for the night at the hotel at the Bangkok Airport. The hotel in Bangkok let us know that Pimann Buri would not refund us for the night we missed. It seems this is customary in Thailand. They did called Pimann so that we could rearrange our airport pickup.

When we arrived at the Krabi airport the next morning they picked us up and transported us to the resort. The fee for this was 800 THB/trip. They welcomed us and offered to let us stay longer on our check out day, July 4th since we had missed our first night.

We checked in to our lovely, private oasis and quickly headed out to find the longboats. The hotel has transportation to downtown that we utilized.

We had a spacious living area, mini kitchen, two bedroom, two bathroom, private pool, and outdoor shower.

Breakfast the following morning was prepared at the resort and delivered to our room. It was fresh and delicious.

Very good Experience

We had a great stay in Villa no 606 at Pimann Buri resort, The staff was incredible and very helpful and accommodated all our requests very fast. The villa is modern and very spacious and clean, Children loved the private pools which are big and deep enough. It was very convenient to have the shuttle drop and pickup to the ao nang beach. Overall good Experience.
We hire Hotel's Van for drop us at Phuket hotel, But we are not happy with this transfer service it was more than Three hours journey but no drinking water in Van.

We apologize about the oversight on the bottled water for the van. The water is always complimentary, so it is never a problem in providing the bottled water upon request. Typically, our guests would inquire about the water before leaving for a long ride. In your case, we are sincerely sorry that we might have forgotten to mention about it before you left for your next destination in Phuket. Excellent Rooms and peaceful stay

We stayed in the 2 BR pool villa in may.
Totally liked the rooms, personal care by the staff and overall stay.
They catered to our special requests regarding a personal occasion, requests for our child and had very convenient shuttle service.

Great work especially by Fah and her team

Good Hotel

Yeah great Hotel good service friendly Star location was in a good area nice restaurant room was clean tidy yeah try it for yourself it was good, lots to see and do in the area stuff for a friendly and obliging massage service plenty of things to do tours in a good area good place to relax swim chillout
