I would like to comment on the front-desk for not telling housekeeping to clean our in-room dining. I told the reception at 8 pm to clean my room. However, the reception has questioned whether the room has not been cleaned or not from the normal services. Actually, they should just clean all over the room when the guests want to. When I came back to the room at 11 pm, the dishes were still there. It's not the service from 5-stars hotel I should have received. In addition, I would like to request for the medicine which was paracetamol, a normal medicine, at 10 pm, the reception informed us that there was a policy of not giving the medicine to the guests by themselves. I understand that. However, they informed that I need to pay Baht 3,000 for the extra charge of calling the doctor to the hotel. I don't understand why don't you have the first-aid staff (nurse or anyone else) for 24 hours. Do the guests need to pay Baht 3,000 for paracetamol?
