This is our favourite Asian hotel which never fails to deliver comfort and first class attention to detail. Special appreciation for the management who understand our particular needs (!) and always add that personal touch! Special mention for the Club staff who are great teachers of the Thai language and who are always super attentive and great fun! The setting is so unique nothing can match it, so glad we discovered it all those years ago.

We stayed at the Centara Grand last year and returned. Sometimes you regret going back to the same place twice, but not in this case. We felt the property was even better than before thanks to the newly introduced beach club COAST where we spent a lot of time. Great place for sundowners and delicious food.
Thanks to all the staff at Centara Grand for creating another unforgettable holiday!

My experience is very awsome spl the entrie to the hotel,it give us wao felling super thrill,mind blowing view, excellent water sports,food is good ,pool is very clean ,everything was good except the room services...very slow

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room fantastic, the location indescribably beautiful.
Ms. Wibunkan and her team did a great job. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband from Switzerland. on a birthday morning at breakfast, two ladies suddenly brought the cake and sang to happy birthday. It was such a wonderful surprise, even for me.
I can recommend the hotel

I would like to comment on the front-desk for not telling housekeeping to clean our in-room dining. I told the reception at 8 pm to clean my room. However, the reception has questioned whether the room has not been cleaned or not from the normal services. Actually, they should just clean all over the room when the guests want to. When I came back to the room at 11 pm, the dishes were still there. It's not the service from 5-stars hotel I should have received. In addition, I would like to request for the medicine which was paracetamol, a normal medicine, at 10 pm, the reception informed us that there was a policy of not giving the medicine to the guests by themselves. I understand that. However, they informed that I need to pay Baht 3,000 for the extra charge of calling the doctor to the hotel. I don't understand why don't you have the first-aid staff (nurse or anyone else) for 24 hours. Do the guests need to pay Baht 3,000 for paracetamol?

Please IMPROVE your service mind to all staff.

It was very disappointing to learn of your recent stay experience with us.
I'm very sorry to read that your request for housekeeping was not followed through and I am afraid an honest miscommunication was the root cause of this. Nevertheless, this should not have happened and for that I sincerely apologize.

At the resort we have a nurse on duty every day from 08.00-17.00 hrs. who can provide simple medicines and medical assistance. As our Front Office staff does not have a medical background they cannot give out any medicine, even over-the-counter ones. Some guests have a medical history/background to allergies or side effects.
In case of emergency there is a doctor on call service available 24 hours.

Once again, I would like to thank you for your comments and would like to assure you that these are being used to further improve the services in the hotel.
