we stayed here for 7nights we are pensioners and we were 2 flights of stairs up to our room .THERE WAS NO LIFT . also one side of the bed was close to the wall which made it difficult to get into bed . the shower in the bath was hard to get into for old people and a bit slippy .. but the rooms were clean .it was ok but not spectacluar staff hard to talk to . we had some laundry done it was very exspensive . WE also found the breakfast poor eggs and bacon done to a crisp very little choice .we also found there were not enough sun loungers for all the guest

we walked in last minute to book 3 days 2 night accommodation. that time was low peak season and they upgraded us to deluxe with the same price as standard room. The receptionist service was friendly and nice. They helped us to bring our luggage and leads us to the room. when the time she opened the room, i was so suprised by the thai design and well decorated room. there's bath tub in the toilet and nice bedroom. The most suprisingly is whenever we are ready to go out for a tour in the raining day, the room actually standby umbrella for 2. that was amazing. So we went out for a walk in raining day with umbrella without worried. The hotel were near to the shop in 2 mins walking distance. you can get nice seafood and bargain price when you buying anything from the shop. the best and addicted thing must do in Ao nang is must go for the massage. it's very cheap thai massage you can get there which is only Rm20/hour. I went for the massage everyday. you can get some nice package for island hopping, elephant jungle trekking, and etc from the shop.
The breakfast was so so only but the staff there will cook eggs for you.
Last but not least, This hotel was wonderful and have exceed my expectation staying at this comfortable hotel..

We booked for 3 nights, last minute. The hotel was great value for money, our room was nice and big with fresh towels and complimentary water each day. We had a lovely balcony over looking the pool. The staff were helpful even though there English wasn't great. Breakfast was good and the staff will cook you eggs to your liking.
Location wise it's just off the main road in between the two beaches (only 10 minute walk either way). Great if you want to be close to everything but not right in the centre of all the bars and clubs. Would recommend.

Good comfortable hotel in Ao Nang bay, minutes away from the beach. Good service, decent facilities, well maintained.
However, during our trip the internal phone lines had all snapped (cant blame the hotel for that, they were trying to get it fixed) which made our stay slightly difficult.
Overall a good value for money stay in Krabi
