Description: Azzurra is an authentic Italian restaurant, where you get anything’s you need to have a perfect "Italian Experience", away from Italy. We're creating a wide selection of homemade products, such like pastas (thirteen different kind!!!), pizzas, breads, desserts, fresh tomato sauce and many other delightfully specialties. The owner, Mr. Franco has been working in restaurants all over the country (Italy) since he was only thirteen years old, now he's almost forty-four and he build up Azzurra menu according to the experience he get in the last fourteen years passed in Ao Nang, always putting attention to dishes popularity and customer’s requests. Azzurra is located at the center of the Ao Nang Beach Promenade, very easy to find since the walking way is only 500 meter long. Franco and Azzurra's staff welcome you every days, come to visit us and try the Italian in our way...The Manager, Mr. Franco Russo. We also would like to inform our guest that we do not accept any kind of credit card, thank you.

The food here is amazing, the owner is so happy and has such a good vibe. He will talk you through the menu and even give you awesome tips about Krabi.

The staff is lovely and really try hard to give you a 5 star experience. Same thing happening at the kitchen, 100%intent in delivering good real Italian flavours. As the owner said, some compromises have to be made as not all Italian ingridients are easely available in Thailand, however, I think that he delivered great food with amazing quality with the available resources, even planting his own organic basil at home to supply the fresh herb to his restaurant's dishes.

This is an expensive place, so do not come expecting a bargain, you will not find it. I though it was an awesome break from the everyday Thai food and worth every cent. You can find cheaper in Ao Nang, but Azurra was our favorite.

Our last days in Thailand we had enough of Thai food. As we are from Malta we wanted to taste something familiar that we normally eat.
We found this very good restaurant,
Franco the owner very friendly.
Pasta and pizza were amazing
A must Visit.

I both know Franco and the way he does business. If you want genuine Italian Food in Thailand you'll do no better as many ingredient used are imported directly from Italy! My wife Gina and I lived in Ao Nang for years and often frequented Azzura for great food and to chat with the owner Franco. Top notch Pizza's! Top Notch owner! One day we'll be back and the first place we'll head to, for an Italian meal, will be Azzurra Nova without question!

Was recommended this restaurant by colleague who said they heard good reviews about the food. They were not wrong the food was more authentic than the usual Italian out of a packet. The restaurant looks more like a function room but don't let that put you off! I had good tortellini with ricotta and spinach and some good old tomato bruschetta and yum! Washed down with a local beer! Would definitely recommend it for a casual night out with friends, looking forward to going back to try the pizzas.
