“Fantastic Service”
Reviewed August 24, 2013

Loved the convenience of their mini-taxi service that brought us from our hotel to the restaurant and back. We asked our hotel to make a last minute call, and they not only picked us up right away, the hostess were expecting us and saved us a table with better view.

We ordered crab cakes as starters, and shared the Andaman platter, great spread! The crab was a bit overcooked, but the rest of the selection was great. Wide selection of drinks, but the highlight was definitely the service. The hostess was very attentive, made great recommendations, and the waiters were always on hand and refilled our water regularly. Wonderful view and the lights in the trees added to the atmosphere.

Thumbs up!

“Impress with the view but not so on the dishes......”
Reviewed August 20, 2013

As recommended by other reviews on food, we tried Lae Lay Grill (just 5mins distance taking tuk-tuk). The view is fantastic -> sea and hills... but the food is a bit cold (maybe they put aside in order to serve all dishes at once)... price slightly above average... but not really premium price.. Once finished our meal, they will drove you back to your hotel... ;)

“Birthday party”

Great food and cocktails, pick up and drop off service. Does close early.
Portions are big and very tasty.
Far nicer than anything on the beach front.

“great food, excellent service, fantastic view”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

Was in Krabi for 3 nights, and we ended up eating here for 2. We were recommended by our hotel to dine here, and that reservations was definitely a must. and we were glad we did.

First night, we arrived at little after 6.30.. just caught the sunset as we sat down.... and then the feast began... Tom Yum Goong (250bht) was easily 4/5, Prawn Cakes was 4/5. The steamed seabass with lime and chilli (450bht) was 4/5. the Salted Egg Blue Crab (420bht) was at least 5/5.

2nd night, we went early, got there at 6pm and enjoyed the sunset while we ate. We ordered the same Blue Crab with Salted Egg again, Tom Yum Goong, but this time, we had the fried Seabass with Fish Sauce (450bht) 5/5, and Pan Fried Scallops with Garlic (420bht) 5/5.

Overall, the food was very good and price was slightly more exp than the town restaurants. But still cheaper than any hotel food.

definitely will return when we are back in Krabi...
