Light sand, clear blue water and a phallic cave at the end of the beach. You can swim, explore and rock climb nearby. I swam for a while, but had to get out because I kept getting little stingy bits from something in the water. The beach was busy but it was nice to swim in the shade of the cliff next to the beach.

To get there you take a long boat from AoNang to Railey beach (200 Baht return) and walk around to it, or you can see it as part of the 4 island tour from Ao Nang.

If you are "addicted" to clear water, peaceful and breathtaking beaches, this is definitely one beach you want to see.
I spent hours jut lying down and doing nothing.

On the beach you will find some local boats that sells food and drinks, I think that I had 3 fruit shakes every day (coconut+ banana and milk is my recommendation).
You can do kayak around this beach and enjoy seeing the big rock from the inside (I was lucky to have one day with very low tide so I could just walk there).
At one point you will see daily tour boats coming and dropping by passengers but still it didn't damage the experience if you find a good spot in the beach
the only thing that might be lil' annoying is the girls that offers massages in the beach (they keep coming every day more than once). Just make sure to be very direct to them and say NO THANK YOU (they will reply "come later, come later", so say to them "No Later").

A short longtail boat ride from Ao Nang and you arrive on a beautiful area of white sand and crystal water...a lot of visitors on boats at first all going to the cave.But from 11.30 the beach is left to be enjoyed by day trippers..find a spot in the shade and swim in the warm water..have thai food from a longboat vendor. And pay only 200BHT PP return, a great way to spend a day.

Scenic, but lacking in amenities. No toilet. Nowhere to buy a drink. Just a beach with interesting caves. There is a resort next to it, but it's out of bounds to non residents. Nice for a visit, but it's too inaccessible an you need to bring your own water and food if you want it. And if you need a toilet, the choice is the sea or the bushes.
