We booked a night in advance to arrive at an already full restaurant, soon after we were shown to our table for the feast to commence. Our mixed appetisers were delicious and tasty, red snapper fillet was melt in the mouth and lastly the massaman curry with roti was out of this world. We are booked to go back before we fly home .. Definitely recommended but advise to book ahead.

I can only say it was amazing! Loved every thing, service and the food. More luxurious than other restaurants yet only a little more expensive.

The adress on TripAdvisor is wrong.

We ate at Boussaba on Christmas Eve and had a great meal. The staff was friendly and accommodated us without a reservation - we waited about 20 mins. It's not a big place, maybe 10 tables, so you should reserve.

Good drinks and food options at fair prices - cost about 3,400 THB for 4 people with 2 drinks each and 6 total plates. 3 of 4 took a green curry and everyone really enjoyed it.

We ate at Carnivor the following night and it wasn't nearly as good. Boussaba sticks to one type of cuisine and does it very well.

If you have a car there isn't a whole lot of parking in front but you could find something on the street. No worries if you're on a scooter there's parking in front.

The restaurant is located on a side street just off the walking market road. If Im not mistaken it was next to a Best Western

This place really deserves all the praise they have got. Hope it doesn’t get to their head and they keep up the good work. We ate here three times during our stay. We were definitely not impressed the first time. It was not the quality of food (which was superb) but the taste. Don’t get me wrong it was not bad, but the food is tweaked for western taste buds and we are Asian. Second time we told them that and we almost went licking our fingers.

It’s a small restaurant in a by lane. You really need to keep a look out or you will miss it. The ingredients are fresh which really add to the flavor and taste. There are no strong recommendations, we found everything quite nice. We tried their sizzlers, tom yum and tom gai soups, pad thais, the fish in ginger, Green curry, chicken with cashews and everything was quite good. Not overcooked , mildly flavored, just right. But don’t miss their desserts. The Sticky rice with mango is outstanding and so are the western deserts.

The only thing we got irritated by is the bad smell that the wind blows in at times. The first day when we were sitting near the entrance it was quite strong, The second time we sat inside and it was not too bad.

In Bussaba you won’t go wrong.

Hawing been to Ao Nang for 15 days, this was the best restaurant we visited during our stay, so much as we came back to it twice, and would have done it more often, had we discovered it in time. I have tried all the top 10 restaurants from tripadvisor in Ao Nang, and this place was by far the best. Let me explain why:
The food is excellent, and not overpriced (just a bit more expensive than others, and in Thailand this is an important parameter). Aprox: 100 B for starters 150-250 B for mains.
The dishes are varied, and beaautifulllu presneted, and since we had children with us on this Holiday, the sphaghetti with tomatosauce, was a hit, i strongly suspect that it was homemade, and very close to what i have experienced in the better parts of the italian kitchen, bravo!
The decor is top notch, and you can easily see that the staff takes priden in their restaurant.
Last but not least i must admit i was quite surprised by the standards of their desserts, they were par to must European medium to high end restaurants, without being too avantgarde.
I will also mention the serving staff who were among the best Ii met during this stay in Thailnad, present and friendly and ever so worried that our food was "ok", you had a feeling they really cared for you, and the restaurant.
Go and visit Bussaba, while you are in Ao Nang, i am positive that you wont be dissapointed!
Try the starter åalte with different dishes, its a treat, and the massaman as well as the desserts are great, lastly the banana daquiri were fabolous.
