12 of us stopped here during a sunday run out on our bikes. The location is stunning, food really good with quick service. Haven't given an excellent rating due to slightly high food prices for the area. Would I go back, definitely.

We ventured down to the pub as soon as we arrived to Badachro and after making it safely out there on those one way roads. Had a drink outside, but unfortuantely they were in between lunch and dinner, so no bar snacks except chips were available. We really had our eyes on the mushrom/goat cheese appetizer...well, the following day we tried them for dinner and had the appetizer. It was good, but we also ordered some toast with it, which I can recommend to do. The fish special was also good and the service was very friendly, they even lent us some brollys. The pub draws a local crowd with whole families as well as tourists like us and had a friendly neighbourly feel to it, we were seated by the window for our dinner and you can't complain about the views. Being within walking distance is a good thing as I would not suggest driving anywhere far on those roads after a few drinks.

Ate on two nights a couple of weeks ago. First night had an excellent Fish Stew, and a Tandoori Monkfish dish. The place was full of locals, yachtsmen and holidaymakers alike. Buzzy atmosphere. Second night we were presented with a beautiful Seafood Platter, in spite of the kitchen being "closed" due to a large wedding party which had been going on all day. A team of young waiting staff served everything up with good humour and boundless cheerfulness, and we were invited to join in the party on the Sunday night. Perfect location - if only the weather had been a bit warmer, but for me it was a nostalgic and emotional return to a beautiful part of Scotland after many years absence.

We stayed in a cottage for a week next door to the Inn, so used it a lot, Lunch a few times, drinks others and last night an absolutely outstanding meal. Mussells, Languistine, halibut, monkfish, crab cakes, steaks - all cooked perfectly. and we finished off with puddings and cheese board. Not bad selection of wines(a wee bit pricey) and at least 2 local beers on offer.
If you are lucky with the weather then enjoy sitting out on the deck looking over the beautiful bay or sit in the conservatory with the same views.
Remember if you sit in the bar to check out the extensive specials board in the conservatory - staff don't always point this out.
This place is absolutely worth it's out of the way location and enjoy the banter with the owner who along with all the other staff is very friendly indeed.
Just don't move tables!! Haha.

This excellent little boozer became the highlight of our holiday. Due to the weather being a bit rubbish we had quite a few unexpected nights in this pub when we'd normally be out fishing till last night.

The Fish and Chips were amazing, I ordered them every time. Added to the excellent food they had a a good selection of nice real ales.

The owner and his son are top blokes, as are the rest of the staff and the locals. Really friendly atmosphere and we had a great night every time we went in there. Can't recommend it enough.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here, fresh langoustine sandwich on beautiful bread and a homemade burger, delicious, the two young men who were serving, were very friendly and cheery. Would definitely recommend, well worth the drive down. Beautiful setting with views across the water.

The service here is appalling. The owner was totally uninterested and was busy with long telephone conversations. A simple dish took almost an hour and was way overpriced. This is a shame as the location is fantastic.
