We left Dublin after a whirlwind weekend for one night at The Mustard Seed on our way to Killarney. We passed through the bustling village of Adare and maneuvered our way through the narrow Irish country roads. What a gem we found nestled in the countryside. It is truly a relaxing, first class operation. The gourmet restaurant is fabulous and the staff couldn't be more pleasant or accommodating. The room was impecably clean,

Having had dinner and an overnight stay in the Mustard Seed, I can say that it was a wonderful experience that I hope to repeat again soon. Fabulous setting, wonderful food and excellent hospitality.
The gardens are well worth a walk and a visit to Adare is a must especially for a pint and some sight seeing!
Nearby Newcastlewest is also worth a visit.
Overall a great break

Room Tip: Rooms in the ground floor annex are exceptionally good

Perfect B&B with award winning food. Dan is the man: super friendly and is sincerely concerned about your stay at his place as well as in Ireland in general. Don't forget to ask where he would recommend to stay.

Service was top notch and everything was timely prepared and served!

Thank you for everything. We will be back again!

This is our special occasion place and it always lives up to our expectations. We always try to arrive early to take a stroll in the gardens and enjoy a drink in the eclectic drawing room or reception hallway.
Great hosts, great house and great food.

My husband and I recently spent a night at the incredible Mustard Seed. I really cannot say enough about the wonderful hospitality here. Dan, John and all the team are so friendly, pleasant and thoroughly professional. We had a beautiful room in the main house, all blues and creams, full to character, dinner that evening was first class and we then enjoyed drinks afterwards in the main reception area which had a cosy, welcoming fire and big comfortable sofas. We had a stroll around the gardens, where they grow all their own veggies, herbs and fruit and just never wanted to leave. We cannot wait to go back.
