“One of the best yet”
Reviewed September 27, 2015 for a stay in September 2015

More than surprised by the excellent accommodation offered. Two on suite bedrooms well fitted modern kitchen and great location. You don't need to ride a horse to enjoy the stables and watch those who can outside your sitting room window. One of the best we've stayed at in years and would not hesitate to return. Made very welcome by Jane and her husband.

“A beautiful little apartment nestled in the heart of the country with Horses on tap”
Reviewed August 27, 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Stable loft was an immaculate, beautifully furnished with modern appliances and nestled in the heart of the country side on a working horse yard, with horse views from each window (if horses are your thing this is a little slice of heaven). I would advise that you really need a car to explore the area but that the local pub was a mere ten minutes walk if you chose and served delightful food albeit a tad overpriced. There are loads of places to visit nearby (by car) Weston Super mare was a short 20-30 mins away if the beach is your thing, Longleat Safari a tad further at around 40 Mins, but we found the local attractions more of a joy in Puxton Park we found a great days entertainment for the three girls aged 10 - 13 and fantastic value for money, this a great base for exploring the area. Jane and Sarah where perfectly delightful and the lesson given to the girl was far beyond what their expectations where (thanks again). I can only re-iterate how it was for us and that is to say if horses are your thing this is a little slice of heaven.

“Great place to relax in the evening and use as a base during the day”
Reviewed August 7, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

This is a great place to relax in and use as a base for other attractions. We visited Bath, Bristol, Cheddar Gorge, Weston-Super-Mare, Clarks Village, Outdoor pool, Cheddar Pool - there's so much to do locally our week's stay flew by.
The people are friendly and welcoming and the accommodation is well equipped, spacious and clean. We felt comfortable there right from the start.
Thank you!

“Beautiful country”
Reviewed April 26, 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Very nice place in the country but at the same time very close to many spots (sea, Cheddar, Bristol, airport, ...). The place is very quiet to have a good rest and all hills around allows to run, cycle, ride a horse or simply walk.

When we stayed at stable loft we couldn't ask for anything more, lovely location, views and people. We felt really relaxed and enjoyed it thoroughly. The riding part of the holiday was fantastic and the horses are lovely too. Many thanks for a brilliant stay

“Practically perfect in every way”
Reviewed May 24, 2014 for a stay in March 2014

I stayed at Stable Loft for two weeks at the end of March/start of April because I was doing several different glass courses nearby (at Warm Glass, and also at the Glass Hub). It's a great base to explore Avon & Somerset from - visiting Bath, Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Burnham-on-sea, Cheddar, Wells and many more. But it's also great for those days when the weather is bad and you don't fancy going out, but just want to curl up in the apartment with a good book instead. Incredibly comfortable throughout, spacious and airy, warm and with all mod cons, The lemon cake in the kitchen on arrival was a nice touch (and delicious). The water pressure for the shower in the wetroom was phenomenal - possibly the best shower I have ever had! And to top it off, a lovely view of the sunset across the fields.
