I don't know what it is about this little family of properties but somehow they instantly cast their spell leaving you relaxed and at peace with the world. Having previously spent a wonderful birthday weekend with a houseful of friends in the New England Beach House, we opted for an altogether quieter weekend for two plus our dog (and it was a real plus!) at NEBH's little sister, Club Walk Beach House. It didn't disappoint. From the moment you step through the door - in our case, to a cosy candlelit welcome - to the moment you leave (and sadly you do have to eventually!) the attention to detail is impeccable. It's not just the stylish decor or the fabulous beach front location that holds the appeal. For me, the magic of both these beautifully renovated holiday homes is that they are adaptable enough to be whatever you want them to be: party places or private hideaways; chic yet cosy; stylish but not stuffy. Whether or not you're blessed with good weather (this time we were, last time we weren't), long walks, lazy lunches (al fresco on warmer days), large skies and hot tubs under the stars await you. You just need to turn up. The house will do the rest for you.
A lovely four night stay in a comfy, cosy, well designed beach house.
It easily accommodated four adults and four children. Great views of the sea that was only a moments stroll from the back gate. The jacuzzi in the court yard was a nice added bonus.
Well worth a visit if you are wanting a relaxed family break not too far from London.
We are already planning our next visit !

Me and my friends hired out this house for my 30th birthday and we had a fantastic time. The house is in a beautiful setting right on the beach with very easy access from London.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub.
Overall we found the house incredibly comfortable and met all of our needs. We will certainly look to hire the house again in the near future.
Group of 15 adults for my husbands 40th birthday bonanza and how lucky we all were to spend it here. From the amazing houses, to the weather, to the catering and just simply the position literally on the beach. Expectations were high from the pictures but they did not do it justice. Such as special place to enjoy with friends or family. The views across the coastline are completely unspoilt and you could not ask for more from a UK beach (water rather cold though) Thank you to Caroline and her team for making this such a special weekend to remember for all.

Another gorgeous place...! last August we stayed at New England and we were after a slightly smaller place for a week this April... You might think from the website that Club Walk is dinky, but far from it... The instant you walk in you feel a sense of luxury, a totally flexible and social space with everything you need. The relatively new addition of the hot tub and extensive range of outdoor sofas, chairs & even a love seat, completes the downstairs. The upstairs is like walking into a tardis, it's hard to work out how they created four such good sized bedrooms - all unique, with ridiculously comfy beds that ensure you sleep incredibly well. The painted bathroom with seagulls is fabulous! Only warning, take a pair of flip flops to get to the hot tub as the shingle is a little ochie!

A perfect venue for a girls weekend by the sea. The house is really well appointed. We loved the funky decor, hot tub and great location. You spill out of the gate onto the beach and have sea views from 3 out of the 4 bedrooms. What's not to like?
The house did not disappoint, right smack on the beach in a quiet residential enclave in East Preston. Brilliant venue for our annual 'girls' get together. Beautifully appointed, well equipped with the sound of the sea at night. Pretty little garden, hot tub fun although parking a little bit of an issue but you just have to be neighbourly. Great walk along the beach to Littlehampton's acclaimed East Beach Cafe.
