I was a bit disappointed. The room was nice, shower was good, but water never got more than lukewarm. The room lacked any kind of amenities. There was a liquid soap dispenser in the shower, but no soap for the washbasin. So to wash your hands you had to reach into the shower for soap.
There was no glass or other receptacle for toothbrushes. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, although these were available in the lobby.
There was no TV, no A/C although this would rarely be needed in the Highlands.
On the plus side, the staff were helpful, there was good wifi, and a small balcony not off the room but off the hallway which was available on a first come basis.

Excellent location near to the main street in Tanah Rata; still away from the noise. Has a lovely garden. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Offer free simple breakfast to start your day. Over all was a very good experience.

A lovely friendly guest house only a short walk into town. The rooms are very clean and the staff friendly, Rose
comes to mind ! We had room 103 which was first floor and had a side large patio area for our own use. The
guest house is set in a quiet area surrounded by gardens.
