Nice place to stay - a 3.5 is better rating

Very nice hotel in the Cameron Highlands. Room, bathroom and and service were good. I was disappointed that the WiFi was unuseable in the rooms - only around the office did it function and there was a charge of 10MYR for an hour. Additionally, while the breakfast was reasonably good, one of the two nights we ate at one of the restaurants (lamb and salmon) and both of our meals were severely undercooked. After re-cooking both were OK, but not enjoyable. So overall, a very nice place with room for improvement.

Good Location, Nice place.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment at strawberry park resort. Location was good, up on the hills, and it is located between Brinchang and Tanah rata. Nice place to just getaway from the city life.

few things bugged me tho:
1. 4 people sharing only ONE bathroom! How inconvenient!
2. no pantry. in the 2 bedroom apartment. ( one with a wash basin)
3. no free wifi.

Unfortunately, our unit was on the ground floor, i could hear ppl walking outside during the wee hours, the pillows were uncomfortable, and there is a woody/wet stench on the blankets.

Not good value

For SGD220/night, this resort isn't really good value. First the pros: It's got a great tranquil location not far from Brinchang, the staff are friendly, and there is

Cons: rooms are spartan and many corners are being cut at the breakfast spread. I'd also expect free Wifi for the price (and not just in the lobby either).

Definitely a refreshing stay in Strawberry

My family and I had an amazing 2 nights stay in Strawberry. Such a pleasant stay we had. We went there on the 2nd day of Raya (Eid ul Fitr). It was cooling when we reached Strawberry Park as it was located up on the hill. The room we booked online was a spacious one. Ours was room 232 (Fresno Suite with 2 bedrooms). We had a good night sleep when we were there since there's no noise pollution and it was so chilly at night. The beddings were quite comfy. The balcony oversees the tanah rata city with many greeneries. As for the breakfast, they have a very good breakfast spread. We came for breakfast at 9am and we were told to wait for our room numbers to be called. This was our first time queuing up for breakfast. But it was alright because the Jim Thompson Terrace is a small cafe. The only lacking thing is lack of smile and service from the staff. They should buck up and pull up their socks. But overall, the stay was a pleasant one. For those who are stressed up with city life, they should come up here. Looking forward to stay again in Strawberry.

Room tip: Room 232 is a 2 bedroom suite with a very beautiful view.

Wonderful Stay during Raya

This is our family first time to Strawberry Park Resort. Rooms are very clean and well equip ( Except for a limited TV channels ). The Jim Thomson Cafe serves very nice Mee Goreng Mamak and some other western menus.
Overall I feel they need to work on their service and customer relation. Some staffs lacks the service with a smile.
