We stayed here as two families in a large group of 12. The 'caretaker' was a very charming man who lived locally and arrived everyday to check on the pool and to see if everything was alright. He was very helpful in local knowledge and spoke very good English.
The best bedrooms are on the top floor as they have stunning views and one has a balcony. There are 4 bedrooms on this floor with 2 good bathrooms. You have to make up your own beds on arrival.
The other 3 bedrooms are on the basement floor and are a little dark. One only had a small window with no other natural light. There is one bathroom on this level which was OK and had a bath as well as a shower.
The washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave were all on this floor but it was a little dark.
The ground floor had a large well appointed kitchen with a range cooker. There is a large lounge with TV and internet but the TV would not link to the Orange box so we had no satellite TV for the week, which was disappointing for some as the World Cup was on.
There is a study with internet connected to an Apple Mac computer. Outside there is a table tennis table, boules pitch and badminton racquets. There is a large area to sit on the patio as well as under cover by the kitchen door. There is an outside hob and a barbecue area which was well used by us.
The pool is of a good size and there was plenty of beds around the pool although they were very old and made of cast iron with mattresses on.
The villa is well situated and a short walk from Nyons. Very quiet and secluded from neighbours with a glorious view of the surrounding hills.
I would recommend this villa for large groups who want a quiet relaxing holiday.

Stayed at the Presbytere for two weeks at end of June/beginning of July with my family and inlaws. A perfect vacation!
We were 11 people in total. The house has 7 large bedrooms, so there is plenty of space and most rooms can easily fit a child crib or an extra bed. The bedrooms were located on the top floor and in the lower floor and there were a total of three bathrooms, one with a bath tub and two with shower. The ground floor has a large livingroom equipped with a flatscreen tv, dvd player and free wifi connection, a computer room, and a large kitchen fully equipped.
Outside, there is an additional dining area, a gas oven and a grill. The pool is quite large and there is eight sunbeds located around it. The owner has a tabletennis set that you can put outside, and there is an area for boucha/petanqe.
The house is located just outside Nyons centre. You are in the centre after about a 5 minutes walk. The town has several restaurants and some shopping opportunities. There is a market twice a week and also some local olive factories and a beer brewery to visit. Vineyards are not far away if you like to visit some of the producers of Cotes du Rhone. There are grocery stores just outside town and in the centre with a good selection of food and drinks.
Absolutely loved the vacation and the house. We spent several days just staying at the house, swiming in the pool and sunbathing. Would deffinetly want to go back and hope to book the same house in two years time.
