Really nice hotel - well decorated, spacious room with lots of amenities. It had everything you could possibly need and more, and everything feels new and clean. The pool was fun (very shallow though!) and it was lovely to have chairs to chill out and relax on around the pool. The breakfast buffet was expansive and you could have a huge variety of Asian foods, with some Western available. The hotel-airport shuttle was well organised and easy to catch, perfectly on time.

Very good value, convenient to airport, a free shuttle provided.
The upgraded room with comfortable air conditioning provided a small desk area.

I would consider this hotel is the good choice for transit , especially to catch the flight in next morning. There are several points to consider 1) Free shuttle bus even you come late or leave early morning 2) Good choice of dinner at hotel if you don’t have much time 3) Early morning breakfast start 2am 4) Clean and standard room. Staffs are friendly for tourists.

The room was modern, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast (included in the room price) was a buffet with a fairly large choice of indonesian and western items. We were able to leave our bags at the reception desk and explore the city before our evening flight. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport once per hour. The only drawback is that there is no walking access to public transportation. Upon arrival at the airport, to get to Ibis styles we took a Bluebird taxi and the meter showed 30K IDR (we paid a bit more because the driver seemed unhappy with having a short route).

Cons—
1. No shuttle service from midnight to 3am. I had to book a grab car for 77,000 IDR.
2. There’s nothing around this hotel but construction sites. Literally nothing!
3. I could hear people talking from the other rooms. Don’t come here if you’re sound-sensitive.
4. The sheets felt scratchy and itchy, seems like they don’t change them that often.
5. Poor breakfast selection, and most of the food look stale and dry.
6. No currency exchange. I was advised to WALK to Swiss Belhotel but given the construction around, I thought it was a bad idea. I’m glad I didn’t take their advice and booked a grab car instead!
Only pro would be the quick check-in/check-out process.
