I had some experience during the stay. The staff is friendly, room was clean, facilities are good. Located in very nice area, just few stations from airport. but dont worry as the hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to the station
The breakfast was a lot of variety, some local food was tasty, the staff in restaurant was polite and cheerful, i really enjoy the breakfast in their restaurant, excellent service from the staff.

I have flight in early morning, i check some restaurant around airport still not open yet, i decide to back and visit ibis styles restaurant only for breakfast,
Good service and tasty local food we had so far in jakarta, price is very reasonable.
Staff are very helpful, very nice service especially adien and arya.

The service is good, free shuttle available, and breakfast ready start from 3am. I got a free upgrade to deluxe room, but too bad the air conditioning is not working even been set to lowest temperature. Suggest to ensure the airconditioning condition in each room.

We stayed a night for a layover while waiting our flight to Central Java. The shuttle bus was a phone call away when we arrived at the airport.
All the staff members at the hotel treated us with a big smile and went the extra mile to help me with getting one of my fav Indonesian delight: martabak!!!

Hotel very well managed, friendly staff with always a smile on their face, kudos to the reception team, all others service are doing the extra miles to satisfy you. Security guards vey efficient.
