I really satisfied for all service in this hotel. Very comfortable and recomended hotel. This hotel also located in strategic area. Keep up to good work and we are definitely will going back to stay again in this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband, and I found that this place is quite nice for resting. Competitive price, clean room, yummy breakfast, speedy wifi, very close to the airport, easy access to go anywhere, and friendly staffs. It's only one thing that distracted me, where I need to wait 30 minutes and 2 calls only to get my rubbish bin cleared up.

Stuck with a 12 hour layover in Jakarta I book in to the Ibis Styles Jakarta Airport.
The taxi ride from the airport was a strange journey for a first time visitor but got the ride for 150000 RPH and delivered to the door.
Check in was friendly and uncomplicated. Just what you want after a five hour flight.
The bed was perfect for my six hour sleep before grabbing a bite to eat and the free shuttle service back to the airport.
Checkout crew was fantastic. Overall a grrat stay.

We stay there 1 night for transit flight. Because it arranged by our company we cannot choose the room and they didt not have anyroom left since the hotel occupancy is full. So we got smoking room that smell very very awful. I understand this is a smoking room but they need some way to refresh the room to at least we can breath more clean air. I’ve been sleep at smoking room before but this is way beyond I can image...my wife cannot even sleep for entire night because the smell. If you plan to stay in this hotel get a non smoking room otherwise look for another place to stay. Breakfast is good. Shuttle bus to the airport comfortable and the person who drive the bus very helpfull

The hotel is close to the airport and they provide shuttle service on certain hours. The room is good enough for a layover stay. Staff are friendly. Nothing much to do here and the only convenient store nearby is at the back situated at Ibis Budget Hotel which is quite pricey. There's a swimming pool, but it's a bit dirty and rundown. The breakfast service was buffet with many to choose from. Will choose this again if I have a longer layover in CGK.

Staff was very polite and helpful. From first arrival pick up by shuttle, fast and efficien check in, clean room and tidy bedroom. Breakfast many choice of food and taste was great. Location near by International Airport
