Firstly I would like to apologize if you do feel any inconvenience during your stay; however I would like to take this opportunity to clarify some parts of your review so it does not mislead other travelers.
We have Wi-Fi and also cable connection for all of our guests. Most importantly we have 24-hours IT supports in house ready for any guest needs upon their stay. Please do consult with our IT supports or our staff for any request during your stay.
Please advise did you tell our staff that u are Vegetarian, since we do have a list of Vegetarian menu and we can customized any of our food to Vegetarian menu. There are many varieties of salad, and salad is a vegetable dish but not always a Vegetarian dish. Some kinds of salad are commonly served with meat, such as Caesar Salad. If you do want a Vegetarian salad please informs our staff so we could customize it for you. We do not have any sautéed spinach dish on our menu, moreover there is only 2 type of spinach food served in our restaurant. Spinach seafood which absolutely comes with meat and the other one is our signature Malaysian water spinach dish which have a descriptions and a massive size of picture on the same page (almost half page full) clearly shows big chunks of prawns (not shrimp) on the top of the dish. Please elaborate what you mean by “treated horribly” so we can specifically review your feedback.
Please clarify where exactly your husband got the food poisoning as this may seriously misleading to our reader as its not happen at our premises. It is very confusing for me to read your review as we do care about our guest who needs special assistance and ill. From our past experience we do assist and deliver breakfast to the room more than a toast to the guest such as milk, omelet, juice, salad or cereal, depends on guest request and can be chose from the breakfast menu.
Please email us with your details and with your experience as I am confused of your review and perhaps you were posting to a wrong hotel as all of your complaint does not match out standard service level. Our email address can be seen on our website.
