Got picked up from Gairlochy after a long days walk. Great move from the owner! Stevie and Alan were most warm and welcoming hosts.
Good and tasteful decorated rooms and very clean. (3 in all) And a tasteful spacious lounge.
We were almost immediately offered a cup of tea and home baked cake and sat outside on the veranda and enjoyed the fantastic view over Ben Nevis. And it was so peaceful and quite. Here we filled out our wishes for breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic. Continental, fresh fruit, porridge, and fabulous cooked breakfast.
A place I most certainly can recommend to all walkers doing The Great Glen Way. As we walked from north to south it was a totally different view to be on the other side of the canal - and will most certainly do this again with another group of walkers.
