Starting off with the good stuff. Our cabin was clean and had a very nice view of the lake. The staff were very polite and informative and bilingual which was good. I found no issues with the laundry facilities, everything worked. The campground was nice and quiet.
Beds were very hard but we were busy every day so we didn't care when it came time for sleep. Construction was still going on. We had no use for the busstop so I am not aware of any issues. Never saw any signs of staff during our stay except for when we went to the office. We kept the cabin nice and clean for ourselves but assumed there would be some kind of maid service.
Wifi was honestly terrible considering the price we paid for the cabin per night. Never ever worked indoors.
Very accessible from the highway and the town around the area had a Maxi( No Frills) and a Metro which was nice.
I had made a mistake in my reservation and found out that we were locked out of our cabin on the last night. The staff took care of the issue properly and we were offered another cabin for that night. And we did stay there. That was my mistake and I accepted the fact and they were more than compensating.
So I would say try it and see for yourself. Keep in mind that there is no swimming allowed in the lake. For health issues.

We used this campground as a base to explore Quebec City. We were unsure of what to expect since we are used to camping in provincial parks. We were pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful campground this was. We pulled a tent trailer and the site was much bigger than expected, partially shaded as we had requested in the reservation. The site had water and electricity - what a treat! You never get water at your own site in Ontario provincial parks. It was a short walk to the bathrooms which were very clean and kept clean throughout our stay. The biggest luxury was the stainless steel sink/counter outside the bathrooms with hot and cold running water where you could do your dishes - wonderful! Made clean up a breeze. The owners were friendly, helpful and even drove around each night in a golf cart offering you firewood. The campground was incredibly quiet for the number of people staying in it. The recreation facilities were great - we used the badminton set and the playground. We had poutine from the camp store a couple of evenings - nice way to round out dinner. As advertised they are 15 minutes from Quebec City which was incredibly convenient and are also close to a fantastic IGA where we could pick up groceries. The WiFi was another unexpected treat - the website said they had it but I really thought it couldn't work that well - we had no problems at all. There are a few seasonal renters but most people seemed to be either travellers like us or people enjoying a campground experience. The only drawback, if there has to be one, is that you can't swim in the lake. We were there in a heat wave so would have loved to have swam every night after a hot day sight seeing. We can't recommend this campground highly enough. We would go again if it wasn't so far away. Thanks Camp Juneau!

Nice playground, with wifi. Site was ok. Laundrymachines were very old. Public bus did not stop in front of the camping (as mentioned on the website) because of construction and was not updated on website. 10 minutes walk to bus station and 1.15 minute drive to town.

We stayed "outside" the campground (at the entrance) with good wifi connection. Inside the park were mostly residents (seasonals?).

We stayed at Camping Juneau Chalets October 27-28 2012. It's one of only 2 RV campgrounds we are aware of that stay open into the late Fall. Surprisingly we were one of about 6 transient RVers that weekend.

The site was a back-in but there were drive-thrus available. We had full service hookup. We did not use any of the facilities such as showers (don't even know if they were open). There is a large field for dog walking and there is a kiddy play park that looked good although we didn't use it. My rating is for access, RV site services and convenience only. The beauty of this location is that it is only 15 minutes from down-town Quebec City and there is municipal bus service available to the RV park entrance. We drove our RV down-town and parked in a big parking lot at the port and yacht basin. It was $15 per day fee (pay and display so you need a lot of coin or a credit card). It's only a 15 minute walk to down-town Old Quebec City and beware, it's all very, very uphill. Folks with heart, breathing or mobility problems, take a cab!! The Old City is an amazing place to visit both night and day. H

We went with our family and parents. it was an excellent family destination and we stayed in a chalet which was just 50 meters away from the river bank. The chalet had a small fire-pit where you can barbeque with your family... Great place for kids too.. can rent bikes and has kids playground... overall great for a family gateway
