The Landing is a beautiful hotel, the furnishings are excellent and hark back to an earlier era of colonial days. The bar area is extremely atmospheric and the food is simply excellent!

The only downside was the loud guitar playing that interrupted the peace - when we complained, we were told that this was the owner's husband and that he couldn't be asked to stop!

The island is very expensive but a wonderful place to go.

Room Tip: I would avoid the rooms in the main house if you want peace and quiet as the restaurant and bar were very busy (even in low season) and would be noisy.

A relaxed at home atmosphere and considerate staff. Came to our aid with a hot toddy when my wife had a fever...no charge, hope she feels better~ was the greeting. Delicious breakfast. Cosy bed. Daughter age 6 loved the pool. Unfussy and will be back.

A small hotel in a small and magic island. Very nice room, sophisticated colonial ambience, superlative breakfast. The restaurant is absolutely the best on the island, but it is necessary to reserve the table even if you are in the hotel.

Our stay was perfect! We had the room st street level, because nothing else was available we were apprehensive.... It was perfect and for the value excellent. The linen, the decor the bath accesories were top of the line!! And the restaurant food is delicious. Service and staff very good, and the location is very central specially if you want to be close to the Marina. Beautiful beach 5 min walk!!

This was our first trip to the Bahamas, and after an indifferent overnight in Nassau it was wonderfully refreshing to arrive at a place which is so stylish, relaxing and friendly. The whole hotel, and especially the rooms, are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The restaurant, while not inexpensive, is imaginative and thoroughly enjoyable (and the wine list is staggering for such a relatively isolated place). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (especially Tina). Definitely a place to come back to!
