Staff is really friendly, they really make an effort to make you feel like in home. The hostel has a lot of facilities: laundry, bar (good advantage!!), games, books...Free milk, coffee and tea included. It is cleaned every day (we saw it). Beds are confy, shared rooms are not very spacious but enough and they are outside of the main building. Location is fine, close to a supermarket, to the loch ness, to invernes, to glen affric... The only point is that the kitchen is nor very big and that the electric cooker is not very powerfull. We also got a bit discusted because a homeless booked into our room, but we didn't have any problem with him.
