My husband and I stayed at Castle Cary for the weekend and ate in the Lairds inn both evenings. A warm welcome, fantastic menu and fresh produce. My husbands says the smoked Mackerel pate was to die for. It is made fresh in the kitchen. we also had soup,fish and fillet steak and could not fault a thing. we will return to Castle Cary because the Lairds inn made our weekend.
