Gorgeous setting, warm and friendly hosts on working farm. Access to farm is down very bumpy small lane with enormous potholes, but don't let this put you off. It is worth it. There are only 3 rooms, blue, apricot and rose. Blue and apricot are accessed privately whereas the rose room is in the house. Christine welcomed us with tea and homemade cake which we enjoyed in the lovely gardens overlooking the castle. We stayed in the Rose room, amazing! Beautiful hangings, four poster bed, stone walls, homemade biscuits, mineral water, all the amenities. Bathroom was one of the reasons for choosing this room, the bath stands in the middle of the room, more than large enough for two. A selection of bath products available, double sinks, loads of storage space. Loved it. Bring slippers, the floor is cold.
Breakfast is around large farmhouse kitchen table, communal, so chance to chat with fellow guests on what their plans are and hear about their experiences in the area. Freshly cooked breakfast sets you up for the day.
Lots of walks around the area, so the Radox comes in very handy. Large library of dvds for any rainy days available.
Victoria Inn very near by for amazing food. Area is so gorgeous, must be seen.

Room Tip: Any of the three rooms, but next time would go for the blue room.

Excuse me but I am new to Trip Advsor so what better way than to put my 1st review on this B&B !! This review is based on my last visit which was back in spring 2011.

I have to say that this place is 'magical'. I have been there twice and, and on each occasion, just one word....'immaculate'. Charles and Christine were marvellous hosts, the rooms are fantastic, I would recommend the 'Blue Room', as this room is overlooked by St Michaels Mount.....but the 2 other rooms are also fantastic. For evening meals I would recommend the Victoria Inn which is a short walk away, very useful after a couple of bottles of red!!!! But urge you to book well in advance. Breakfast was lovely too, with great company.....I consider this as a 5 star B&B so you are not going to get unkempt clientele!! When im back in the UK ( as I'm currently working in Switzerland) I will be planning to make another booking.....seriously cannot wait.

End of August, I spent a short holiday (5 nights) at Ednovean Farm. Room "Apricot" was beautifully furnished and also offered a back exit to a hidden corner of the garden where the female single traveller can enjoy a glas of whine (and cheese etc.) for dinner in the evening sun. At breakfast the single guest does not have to sit alone in an unattractive corner - on the contrary: you can enjoy a perfect breakfast together with other guests at a long table. It's very easy to talk with other guests, exchange recommendations where to travel & what to see in the area. I have always felt very safe & welcome - and also could go my own ways how I prefer it. Í can recommend Ednovean Farm very much to single female travellers and would love to come back again.

Charles and Christine are truly wonderful hosts, gave us a warm welcome with tea and cake, and Ednovean Farm is just beautiful with the most fantastic views and fascinating gardens. Breakfast was always excellent and a convivial event and our room, the Pink room, had everything and more than we wanted with a fabulous bathroom. Decor everywhere is very stylish and relaxing. We had a superb 8-night stay which was part work and part pleasure and a peaceful retreat when some of our days turned out pretty hectic. We are making a return visit next month!

This place is a delight - especially if like me you enjoy peace and quiet, lovely scenery and animals - particularly Olly and Spud the cats and Toffee the horse.

Charles and Christine made us very welcome and as the weather was good - unfortunately we did have a lot of rain during our stay - made us a cup of tea to enjoy in the garden. The gardens are lovely with lots of little nooks and crannies to explore most with seating for you to enjoy a glass of wine, read a book or just admire the views. St Michael's Mount in particular looks like a magical fairytale castle from the gardens and it well worth a visit during your stay on the farm.

We stayed in the Apricot room which was very well appointed - the bed in particular was extremely comfortable. We had the added luxury of a small private courtyard to sit and enjoy our glass of wine. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice and enjoyed around a large kitchen table on the first floor of the main house were you could chat over places you had visited the previous day or suggestions for places to visit or eat with Charles Christine and your fellow guests.

I would definitely recommend the farm to my family and friends and hope to return in the future to enjoy the many walks that can be taken around the surrounding area.

Room Tip: The Apricot room gives you the added bonus of a private courtyard to sit in.

Ednovean Farm is a fantastic little hideaway in Cornwall. It is tucked away from all the touristy buzz to give you some proper rest enjoying the view of St. Michaels Mount, the gardens and the countryside. Yet you're close enough to all the sights of Cornwall -you can even walk to St. Michaels Mount!
We stayed in the Apricot room which has a little private courtyard to the side - the room is very nicely decorated and - as me and my husband are both very tall (6'3'' and 6'9'') the perfect room to choose.
Christine enabled us to have a look at both the Pink and the Blue room - if I was shorter I would have chosen the Blue Room with its stunning direct view of St. Michaels Mount!
Christine and Charles are the perfect hosts - breakfast is amazing, and there's no question left unanswered.
I would recommend Ednovean Farm to everyone who loves the countryside, animals, friendly hosts, interesting other hotel guests to chat with at breakfast, country walks, calm and quiet surroundings, fantastic views.
We had a romantic little second honeymoon getaway with an enchanted room, decorated with so much love and attention to detail. Thanks to Christine, we found little villages and coves we would probably have overlooked otherwise.

Oh and while you're there, make sure to have dinner at the Victoria Inn in Perranuthnoe. It's refreshingly unpretentious food cooked by a Raimond Blanc trained chef, served by very kind and caring waitresses. A real treat!
