Description: Welcome to Sea fish Restaurant and takeaway situated at 68 Cromford Road, Ripley, Derbyshire. After working in the trade for the best part of thirty years, old friends Panny and Andreas had an idea to join their expertise and combine some of Britain's greatest traditions... Their dream was to create a fish and chip shop style restaurant and bar, where families and friends could come and relax whilst enjoying delicious food and great service. Since their initial idea, Panny and Andreas passion and hard work over the years has built a strong foundation and a well-earned reputation both locally and beyond. The Seafish restaurant offers varied cuisine from cod fillet and seafood platter through to tuna steak and swordfish steak supreme. We have something for everyone's tastes, for those who may not fancy a fish dish why not try one of our other main courses, we have a fantastic selection from Gourmet Pie of the Day and Luxurious Fish Pie through to Luciano's Lasagne and a choice of flame grilled burgers. Fully licenced establishment and with ample free parking the friendly team at Seafish take pride in serving only the best ingredients in order to produce food of the highest quality. So, why not sit back, relax and enjoy yourself, whilst our top quality chefs prepare your food to the highest standard. Whatever the reason for visiting Seafish restaurant and takeaway, whether in passing for a chippy tea or for a comforting home cooked lunch or evening meal, you will always receive a warm welcome from Panny, Andreas and the team, we look forward to seeing you.

We live in Derby but average a trip to Sea Fish about once a week. It is well worth the extra miles up the A38 to receive friendly service, in tastefully decorated l and comfortable surroundings, a place that doesn't smell of grease the minute you step in - quite the contrary in fact. The fish and chips are beautiful. The batter extremely light and dry - not dripping in fat as is usual in fish and chip shops. I usually have the mini fish as I find the standard serving too big for me! We used to always go to Georges Fish and Chip restaurant in Belper but since the opening of Sea Fish we have never returned, nor wish to. We have introduced a support group to the delights of Sea Fish and they have returned twice within a matter of weeks,They were all treated with efficiency and friendliness and all went away raving about the place - I reckon Sea Fish now has 26 new customers! Well done Sea Fish!

As residents of Ripley we have visited the Sea Fish a few times now and have never been disappointed. The service is friendly and efficient, the menu choices good and the prices very reasonable. As you would expect, the fish and chips are excellent but so too are the wide range of alternatives such as lasagne, salads etc. The restaurant seems to be getting more and more popular so although we've always been able to get a table for two without a reservation, we have taken to booking ahead for larger parties or at peak times. Nice to see a local business doing well.

This was our 4th visit to this restaurant & the food was as good as ever. Our friends went for the first time and really enjoyed the seafish platter which was enough for 2 to share & at £9.99 very good value. Free bread and butter with your meal is a nice touch. Not many people in the restaurant after 9pm, not sure what else they can do to entice people in later on and create a better atmosphere. Overall an excellent choice.

Our friends have recently moved to Ripley and told us about this restaurant. What a great idea, you have a take away, a proper bar and a restaurant all on one site.

We had a take away and the haddock was excellent and we had a large portion of chips between 4 of us and did'nt finish them.

We were told how good it was and it truly did not disappoint.

A must if you are in the area.
