A Highland Hotel in a distant and lonely situation. The management were friendly and professional. The rooms are about par for this sort of situation - you ain't gonna find a Shangri La in Assynt. They're small and a bit tired - decorwise but remember where you are!
we had dinner in the hotel and they did a great job and exhibited considerable flexibility for our large and demanding group.
On hearing we were all academics the manager/owner presented a spoof paper on the natural history of the local haggis herd. All well received.
The midges were something else, but that is not a hospitality issue!
