This is my first time stay with Neo Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta. The room was good, big enough, and very clean. Staff who incharge at Front Office and Restaurant was very friendly and polite, pool also very good. Unfortunately there is a construction beside my room, i dont know the construction for another hotel or part of Neo Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta, but thats very noisy. Thank you.

Strategic location & clean hotel. Just a bit dull in the room coz only reading lamp for bed. Better to provide table lamp or ceiling lamp. Everything is provided such as hair dryer, safe money case, minibar, swimming pool, etc.

Despite reading reviews of noise coming from the nearby train station (which is directly opposite the hotel), the suite we had seemed to be more sound proof than expected. not to say we couldn't hear the bell but it was vague and not as detrimental to our sleep.
The suite we got was spacious and comfortable, the amenities were good as well. Bedding and pillows were comfortable and there was a complimentary platter of fresh local fruits! The only thing I wished they had was a bath tub but that's trivial in the grand scheme of things.
The breakfast was varied and offered a little of something which suited our taste buds very well. The only thing I would comment on was the lack of smaller tables, so strangers didn't have to share tables and be all awkward during breakfast.
The hotel has a good sized pool which at times might be crowded with kids but if you're looking to just soak and splash water to cool off in the hot Jogja climate then it's ideal.. This is also a good substitute for the lack of bathtubs in the hotel.
The overall service was prompt and friendly and true to Jogja's style, there was a smile from every staff.
The location of the hotel also makes it ideal as it is walking distance (less than 5 minutes) from the start of Malioboro street, where all the shops are! Aside from this, there is also a very well stocked 24 hours convenient store next to the entrance of the hotel, an ATM, and a money changer! Talk about convenience!
I would recommend to stay here if you're in Jogja for less than a week because it provides all the amenities and services you need (including in-house massages) with conveniences at your finger tips and is value for money.

Very clean and comfortable room for a good night sleep. Easy access to nearby jalan malioboro shopping area and many food available. Value for money stay and excellent hospitality provided by all staffs. No problem for transportation as Grab and Go-Jark availability 24x7. Keep it up and a big thank you to the hotel.

Stay at NEO always be amazing experience. It close to Malioboro as well. Don't forget the view, Yogya city view and the pool are the best. I quite surprise when go to breakfast. It's so crowd, but the foods are delicious actually.
