We stayed here for two nights on our way to Finistere and will definitely be back for a longer stay.
John and Audrey are fantastic hosts and we were delighted that we had taken up the option of dinner.....fabulous. Breakfasts were plentiful with fresh breads/pastries, cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit.
I don't know where the person who wrote the review about John having a problem with them having a drink stayed-maybe there's another Priquetais! We found him to be a most amenable host.
The room we had was light, airy, clean and very comfortable.
The setting is beautiful. We shared two lovely evenings in the lounge with other guests and enjoyed the owls and red squirrel who frequent the area.
We visited nearby Lehon and walked along the canal into Dinan. A fabulous way to spend a day after a long drive down from Calais.

Room Tip: It seems as if whichever you choose you will not be disappointed

We spent one night at this charming B & B while on our cycling holiday in Brittany and very much enjoyed it. Nice spacious bedroom, very nice breakfast with plenty of choice. We were able to watch a video in the communal lounge and Audrey cooked us a very nice meal. Pleasant surroundings and pleasant atmosphere. We would certainly recommend to others.

This was our first trip to France . I would like to say how wonderful it was to stay in such a lovely place. The owners John and Audry went out of there way to make us feel at home. The rooms were very clean and roomy. For breakfast there was a plenty to choose from such as cereal, yougart, fresh breads, pasteries, jams and plenty of fresh coffee and served in a very spacious dinning room. The B &B is in a very quiet country setting and very safe to head out for a walk in the nearby countryside.

This is a great place to stay - converted farmhouse in a lovely, quiet location. Bedroom and bathroom were large and pristine. Tea & coffee in the room was a nice bonus.

Our hosts John & Audrey couldn't do enough for us. If you get the opportunity to have dinner at the B&B, you won't be disappointed, we had a lovely meal one night. Breakfast is continental and plentiful with great coffee.

The nearest town with restaurants, shops, etc is about a 10 minute drive, so if you like "civilisation" this place isn't for you. We loved it!

We stayed here for four nights and John & Audrey could not do enough for us. We had just spent 7 days in a Gite and to have breakfast and evening meal prepared for us was a pleasant change.
The location is very quiet but near enough to Dinan & St Malo, we even managed a day trip to le Mont-St-Michel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a week-long break in Brittany. Having stayed in more expensive hotels for the rest of the week, we expected this B&B to be more basic, but it beat the hotels in every way!

John and Audrey are perfect hosts - friendly and very welcoming without being intrusive. Our room was very spacious, including an extra bed and large bathroom, and was tastefully fitted out.

The B&B is close to Dinan, a beautiful old walled city, which we enjoyed exploring on Audrey's recommendation. We also visted St Malo and Mont St Michel, which are within fairly easy driving distance.

Breakfasts were excellent and we would particularly recommend staying in for an evening meal.

The only thing we could think of that would improve La Priquetais was a swimming pool, but then I suppose the price would go up and this would no longer be the bargain it is now!

Oh, and ignore the nonsense below about licensing - of course they have a license, they serve wine with the evening meals!!

Thank you John & Audrey for a very enjoyable stay.

David and Beccy.

We booked for the week and arrived about 4pm. A lovely sunny afternoon and the owners were not cooking that evening due to a family function. We sat down in the courtyard and had a glass of wine that we had bought in nearby Dinan. John then approached us and said, "We have a strict no self catering policy here and eating and drinking is strictly forbidden other than from here". He informed us that the place was licensed and we could buy from him. He also informed us that he had recenlty stopped a family having a picnic in their 2 acres of adjoining fields upsetting them. We have been going to France for the past 20 years and sitting out in the evening having a glass of wine and a snack is what it is all about. This was not for us so packed up the next morning and moved on. Be aware this place is licensed even though it is a B & B.
