We met our friends here for a short break to visit an area we hadn't explored before . This bungalow is wonderful , fully equipped everything you need plus lots of little Designer touches . Very clean upon arrival and we really appreciated the 2 bathrooms . Comfy sofas , brand new carpets you could see the owners had invested in the property for the new season
The beach is a minute walk from Seagulls and one day we had the beach to ourselves for over an hour
Fabulous walk along the Estuary and over to Barmouth which has some great tea shops , galleries and independent shops
The highlight was walking up to Cader idris , the Mountain range can be seen from the back garden of Seagulls , again we hardly saw anyone
We all agreed the bst waliking holiday we have had in the UK and loved the area so much we shall return next year

This house was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Its position so close to the sea was superb and we found everything we needed in working order. The back yard was useful for eating in on summer evenings and we were able to install our swingball and keep the car there. Also hang out wet swimwear. The owner and caretaker were lovely and very helpful. Some repairs needed to outside steps, gate, window blinds etc but these issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment of a delightful home and I suspect that it must be difficult to get any jobs done as this house is so popular in summer. We would definitely rent it again and feel that the price was very fair indeed. Oh and check out the superb local Indian restaurant. Wonderful experience for all ages.
