Two hour drive and well worth it. Took my daughter and her friend both aged 10, they loved it!!
The hill is steep and I don't think you would get a pushchair or wheelchair up there. No toilets about or bins (so take ur litter home plz, you wouldn't want to spoil the area)
The water is blue and is definitely freezing, but we still had a quick paddle ;)
The views from the top are outstanding.
Not alot of parking available either. We walked up the lane. The steams, woodland area and waterfall just add to the whole experience.
