a sad but peaceful place. obviously not as visited as the touristy American cemetery on the Beach, which makes it all the more poignant.

I have always been interested in Polish forces in WW2 and was happy to visit this cemetery. It is was maintained and has its own character which is different then the other cemeteries.

This cemetery is very different than the others I visited in Europe. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is worth a stop to see how another country honors its dead.
