“Great house for our family, friends, kids and dogs”

We stayed at the coachhouse for a weekend in January - a get-together for my birthday. We were a party of 8 adults, 2 toddlers and two dogs. The house and garden couldn't have been better. It was comfy, cosy and well-equipped (the beds were super comfortable and there were fluffy towels and plenty of hot water). And the house was plenty big enough for us all - no baby toes or dog paws got trodden on!

Walks from the house to the lily ponds and beaches are easy and we made several trips to the nearby pub (10 minutes walk) on foot. Also lots of lovely beaches within a short drive. It's a lovely house an we had a great holiday. I'm sure we'll be back very soon.

“Spacious, Comfortable and Well-Equipped”

This is a lovely characterful house - the beds are comfortable and the rooms (especially the kitchen) well-equipped and spacious. Kate had done everything to make us feel welcome and to make our stay so enjoyable. The walks along the coast and lakes are breathtaking and the nearby Stackpole Inn has arguably the best food we've had at a pub. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone.

“Fab birthday celebration weekend!!”

Had a great weekend with the family [ 7 adults & 2 dogs] celebrating our youngest sons 21st birthday. The Coachouse was lovely old charm but with all mod cons & was lovely & cosy which is what we needed after the walks outside in the freezing cold. The family all agreed the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in while away from home, & the showers upstairs & down were powerful, which my sons are fussy about!! Every little thing you need apart from food was there already including kitchen roll, washing up liquid, toilet roll etc.
The owner Kate was very kind & helped with any information we needed and the welcome bottle of prosecco and luxury cookies were much appreciated. We also went to the Stockpole Inn on the Sat night for a meal and were greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff and delicious food in lovely surroundings with well chosen background music!! We travelled to Angle beach where the dogs run around freely, and also went to Narbeth and Tenby which are all only a short drive away.
The Coachouse surroundings are very quiet and private with only a few other houses dotted around the place butat the same time only a 5 minute drive to the nearest Tescos etc and other ammenities.
Cannot wait to return later in the year!! Shame its already booked for next New Year and most of the summer months already!! Great place!!

This is a beautiful house in a wonderful part of the country. Beautiful beaches, quaint towns and fantastic country walks surround this lovely cottage. It is set within a wonderful walled garden and feels in the middle of nowhere and yet it is close to everything you could need. The rooms are all beautifully and simply decorated to bring out the best in this wonderful character property. It's great for groups of friends and families!

“very peaceful and comfortable family home in beautiful area”

A really special and secluded place. Very comfortable house with lovely secretive garden that leads directly into National Trust woodland with paths down to the coast. Great walking country and beautiful sandy safe and relatively empty beaches in easy reach by car - Barrafundle, Broad Haven and Freshwater West were our favourites. The children had surfing lessons at Freshwater and we all enjoyed mackerel fishing from Tenby. We can't wait to go back!
