I would like to say Thank you to the chefs in the hotel, Went there for a meal not long ago and I have to say - I had the best steak in my life. cooked well done but still soft inside.....amazing!!!My husband had stuffed calamari- another amazing experience. It's so nice to try something different. We travel all over the world but never seen stuffed calamari before. Well done chefs!!!!!will definitely recommend to everyone.

Went on lunch time , colleagues leaving meal. Very busy, not enough staff especially as we pre booked and we also ore booked our orders. I had TGIF simplest Neal fish and Chios ( played safe) served last. Cold Chios fish under cooked and batter soggy, absolutely disgusting, ended up being sick as it turned me...... Most meals were fine for some if our party of 16(still expected far better as all pre-booked) still they could not cope. Then some were very tipsy as there were going on else there to celebrate the promotion. I was driving so sober, food was tasteless and cold to Luke warm....service horrendous, we were not served timely so all more or less eating same time. They can't make excuses as the meals had all been pre booked a week in advance!! Won't god returning....dreadful quality and service

Love love love this place. We have family in Neath so we travel to Wales quite often. We always stay at the Bluebell and it never fails to impress, rooms are well equipped, beautifully decorated and the bar/restaurant serves great food at a reasonable price. Can't wait for our next visit

Mid week stay in this modern hotel. Set in the centre of town (Neath), we found the rooms clean, comfortable & very well decorated with good quality fixtures & fittings, usual facilities tea/coffee/ironing board etc. (Although the Wi-Fi reception was pretty poor).
The menu in the restaurant was very good indeed, covering all tastes & budgets.
All the staff were superb, a very happy well mannered friendly professional team.
The only problem at the hotel is the parking. There is space for a couple of cars in the underground car park & space for about four in the adjoining car parking area. Once these are full it's a case of finding a space around the town which is not great.

Stylish boutique hotel in centre of town, couple of mins walk from station. Large well decorated rooms, great Spanish/Med restaurant and friendly staff. I was on business and everything you'd want, though saw little of the town seemed to be a decent range of shops and ruins of a castle

Hotel itself is to a good standard and very modern. A few things let it down. Parking is terrible though staff were helpful. There are only a limited amount of spaces so good luck getting one. On street parking is after 18:00 and you need to leave before 8:00. Noise outside was bad, even on a quiet night, boy racers revving car, bin lorry, etc. Noise from room above shocking, could hear them walking around at all hours. Shower held up with a sticking plaster! Breakfast was good, as was attached restaurant. I would recommend if you were visiting Neath itself and didn't need to park.

We had a lovely stay at the Bluebell in Neath after a day of canyoning in the Brecon Beacons: Smart, clean room; great cooked breakfast; tasty meal in La Mancha restaurant; really friendly staff, and comfy bed and lovely bath (much needed)!

Room Tip: Hotel parking was a bit limited, so might be worth calling hotel to see if you can pre-reserve a spo...
