Lovely rooms considering it's next to neath train station we didn't hear a thing. Staff are well presented and customer service is great. Will definitely be going back actually thinking of spending our wedding night there :-)

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for Xmas Eve and Xmas Day. Once inside it's a beautiful hotel. Our bedroom was in Room 103 at the back of the hotel and it was so spacious and immaculately presented. The bathroom was fabulous and spotless. We had a wardrobe each and instead of the doors opening, they slid open which was novel. The TV had lots of programmes on. The room was warm and decorated really tastefully. We had tea/coffee making facilities, a table and 2 armchairs, desk light. There was plenty of electrical sockets. The room planning was well thought out.

The restaurant was really delightful with lots of etched glass and wood.

The hotel is right in the heart of the town, so once outside the front door you are within walking distance of the shops, buses, trains, pubs, churches, etc. The town is all nice and flat so makes easy walking. We really enjoyed our stay and will be rebooking again for the summer. We have already recommended it to our friends.

Thanks to all for such a wonderful gem. Discovered it by looking for hotels in Wales on the internet and was so pleased it came up with this.

Room Tip: Choose a room back of hotel as other reviewers have said it's noisy sleeping in the front, but we didn't hear a thing.

Stayed here for our works do. Had a great night with a fantastic Mediterranean buffet and a lovely full English in the morning. The room we had was of quite a high standard with a really comfy bed. Hoping that next year's christmas do will be held here again as the staff were also very pleasant as well.

We experienced a warm welcome and a comfortable stay at the Bluebell Hotel Neath. We enjoyed very good food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant at night, the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The room was furnished to a very high standard and was very comfortable. Our only grumble was the noise of trains passing close to the hotel, but it did n't spoil our break, we would stay again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front are less likely to hear the trains
