What a beautiful way to spend a morning. Go at low tide and enjoy the fish! Plus the nostalgia of 007. I wish the club was open though!

Must go at low tide to easily access the main entrance. Once inside you are in the grotto, you are where Sean Connery sat in the 1965 James Bond movie Thunderball. The grotto is unusual in that there is an opening at the top about 25-30 feet up and the are different openings at sea level where strong experienced swimmers can exit

Awesome place to spend some time. Go at slack tide. Amazing when it was raining. Some people fed the fish...but snorkeling around and looking at the amazing view from inside was our fave.

the current is really tough. I mean REALLY tough and if you aren't a good swimmer then be sure you're with someone who can help you. The fish are incredible and the place is awesome. I wish I had gone a few times rather than just once!

What a wonderful site! If go during slack tide you can swim in one side and out the other, then around this magnificent cave. What you see as snorkel around is mind blowing! This is a great place to have an underwater camera or go pro. Peaceful beauty surrounds you, the colors of all the different kind of coral almost seem unreal til you look at your film! A must do!
