We have been trying to contact Roberts for over two weeks to schedule a time in December during our stay on Exuma. Despite emailing them through the website, filling out the website forms, and calling several times, we have still not heard back. There is no message or website callout to indicate they are on vacation, etc. We are disappointed we will miss out on this excursion given the good reviews but they clearly are not interested in our business or well organized enough to handle all their potential customers. We will be booking somewhere else.
