The day trip was awesome! Robert shows you lots of things on the tour and his first mate, Greg, tells you so much about the places you see. Robert dived for conchs and made fresh conch salad which I loved and I don't eat fish! Robert is a great guy and has family history in the Exuma area. We will take the tour again when we return.

we went to great exuma last year and went on one of Roberts tours, great times had by all, great value, great experiences, informative, excellent local knowledge not like the sandals imposters. So good we are going back this year. I really hope we can do one of his tours again.

This was a great day! We were picked up at our hotel at 8:00 and were on the water by 9:00. We saw many of the 365 Exuma cays (including those owned by celebrities), fed the huge iguanas and swimming pigs, swam with the sharks on Compass Cay, and snorkeled in Thunderball Grotto. The current in the grotto was very strong so we didn't get to spend much time there, but Robert was kind enough to make another stop to let us snorkel some more. Instead of the usual stop at the sandbar, we watched a sailboat race at the regatta/festival on Farmer's Cay. Also, Robert made a quick stop to dive for some conch and made us fresh conch salad to go with the batch of Goombay Smashes he brought along with him. Robert and Brian were very knowledgable about the cays and were able to answer all our questions!

My husband and I were in Great Exuma for a week and decided to book an excursion that would take us around the surrounding cays. I researched a few places and took to heart what other TA comments were and decided to go with Robert.
He was always quick with his email responses and sounded like someone who truly wanted to show his island off to others. We were so happy to go with Robert and his crew for this amazing day!
He took us to a secluded cave where we enjoyed the BEST conch salad compliments of Robert diving overboard to fetch the conch...you don't get fresher than that unless you eat it underwater! We then headed out to Thunderball Grotto and snorkled among hundreds of beautiful fish. We then saw the island where the swimming pigs came out to greet us which was the highlight of the day for me! Robert thinks of everything and had some treats for the piggies.
Then we went to Compass Island for lunch and had an opportunity to swim with the sharks (I was good with staying on the dock and touching them as they swam by,lol). We then went off to see this secluded sand bar in the middle of the ocean which was heaven on earth followed by a visit to the island with the Iguana's.
Robert never made us feel rushed; he always made sure that we were satisfied with each visit before pulling anchor to the next spot. His side kick, Garry, was very informative and told us all about what we were passing by as we skirted among the cays to each destination.
I can't say enough good things about Roberts Island Adventure...he was AWESOME, his crew was terrific and it was the absolute best day we had the entire week!
Thank you, Robert!!! By the way, we tried making that conch salad yesterday for lunch and it just wasn't the same :(

Just got back from a great Eco Tour/Snorkeling Trip in the Bahamas. Our cab driver in Exuma recommended that my husband and I check out Roberts Island Adventures. He has these special trips on Tuesday only, they call them Super Tuesday Snorkeling trips. It is in the Georgetown Harbor. We went to the sandbar , we saw these awesome caves, went looking for sea turtles and the waters were indescribable. We also went snorkeling at a great reef. The water was calm, clear and we saw some amazing fish. We fed fish at the Blue Hole and then went to Starfish beach, the starfish were amazing. Greg, Roberts mate, jumped in the water a pulled up a starfish for us to look at, he placed back in the water immediately. We topped of the day by stopping at Chat n' Chill to have lunch (which is not included in the price) and a few cocktails. Captain Robert and Greg were just wonderful. They were so much fun and very professional. The best part, it was only $45 per person for a 31/2 hour tour on the boat. if we had another week in Exuma, we would do it again. If you are in Exuma I highly recommend this adventure. Robert and Greg, thank you for a great day!!!! See you next year.
