We arrived early, about 11:00, and were immediately greeted and within a minute had a cold Kalik in hand. Since we arrived so early they were still preparing the rice and peas-you can't rush perfection-so while we waited we went down to the beach to cool off and then took a seat in the shade.
We ordered the conch and lobster and both were fantastic. The conch was slightly sweet and perfectly prepared. My wife had the lobster which was also excellent.
There was a lot of food, so much so that I could barely finish it all, and it was worth every penny.
We were the only people there until another couple arrived about 20 minutes after us. I am sure that was mainly to do with our early arrival time, but it was nice having the place virtually all to ourselves.
Also, before we left they gave us very detailed directions to Tropic of Cancer beach. We drove right to it.
I hope to have the chance to return in the future.
