Firefly's Last Light Bar and Grill was a delightful experience. The view was incredible, the service very friendly and the food was delicious. Several of us ordered the Wahoo Cakes with a mango chutney that was to die for. The recipe was so delicious that I came home and attempted to recreate the Wahoo Cakes with great results. The Firefly Vodka was a treat as well- a very different and refreshing drink on a hot day overlooking the water. This was the best dining experience that we had in Hopetown. I recommend this restaurant for a relaxing lunch as we did or for dinner. This quaint complex will be our homebase on our next trip back to Hopetown. We totally enjoyed our afternoon at Firefly!
