“Easy Climb Great View”
Reviewed July 25, 2012

The climb was easier than I figured it would be and the views while going up and finally at the top are spectacular. Looking down on all the colors of the buildings of Hope Town and the wonderful shades of blues, greens and purples of the water and all the surrounding islands from Marsh Harbour and Man-o-War and Lubbers. Everyone needs to help contribute to the restoration of the lighthouse. One of the last gas powered man powered in the world. I contribute annually and every time I stop through the area.

“A Fun stop in the Abacos”
Reviewed July 7, 2012

A real tourist attraction. Painted with colorful stripes anyone going to Hope Town usually makes at least one trip over to the lighthouse to climb up in it to see what they can see. IT has been there for many years and has some kind of light (sorry I don't know moire) hat is from a bygone era.

With a little effort to climb the stairs, you will be rewarded with a 360 degree view of Elbow Key, Hope Town Harbour, the Atlantic and the Sea of Abaco. Don't miss it!
