This catamaran was a lot of fun, We took out 7year old with us, and this was appropriate. This is not a party cruise, even though they have weak rum punch on the way back.
The staff were good, although not overly interactive.
The trip was 3 hours, and they took us 30 minutes out to another small island, and anchored near a reef.We had 1 hour to snorkel, with their equipment. The water was clear, and not rough. The reef had many small fish but no sharks, or large sea creatures. My 7 year old jumped in and snorkeled away, with no fear. An hour is plenty long to snorkel, and most did not stay out that long.
The ride home was relaxing, and the weather was perfect.
Would certainly recommend.

The trip out and back was great. We were on Seahorse 1. Drinks on way back were tasty. Time in water started when first person got in the water. To bad all these people from the cruise ships were scared and held everyone else back. I would say only had about 35 mins in the water - but amazing reef!! Had to take these trip after the power boat tour we book canceled us due to fact someone rented all the seats and they did not honor reservations.

We stopped in Nassua our on cruise. We were only in port for a short time, so this 4 hour catamaran/snorkel trip seemed perfect. We were disappointed from the beginning. The tour was supposed to be 4 hours (1:00pm-4:45pm) They only came to pick us up at 1:30 (we thought we missed the boat) and they dropped us off at 4:15. (now only a three hour sail) There were 52 people on board. In my opinion it was way too many for the size boat. Oh, and don't expect to sail, we just motored around a little. The snorkeling was fine and the crew was very nice. The price was reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for.

We "sailed" (mostly used motor...) on the smaller catamaran- a nicely maintained, clean boat which CAN hold 40, but we were so lucky that there were only 10 of us onboard that morning! The crew (Captain Clark, Antonio, and I WANT to say "DD" but could be wrong on that name- sorry to have forgotten the name of such a good guy!) was wonderful, the sail out to Angel Reef was fun - even going thru a little squall of rain which was pretty cool. Rewarded with a rainbow! The hour of snorkeling on the reef was fabulous---water was perfect, sea life abundant and amazing. The ride back, laying on the canvas "net" between the hulls...full sun, Bahamian music pulsing, cool drinks and snax.. it was a perfect moment. We saw houses of the rich famous (Oprah, Tiger, Travolta, Cage, Nicholson, Jordan!) and so much more. Antonio taught us how to do "The Wobble" dance....laughed til I cried! Inexperienced snorkelers, kids as young as 9 or 10- all very comfortable with the snorkeling. Good fins, masks etc. for everyone. We would all do it again! Will make it a traditional part of our annual Atlantis vacation! The price was SO reasonable-- $60 for adults, $30 for kids but I'm not sure what age that covers. We had a 13 year-old with us, and I'm not sure if he paid adult or kid price.
