$69 for 8 strips of dry brisket and one family style dish of macaroni and cheese. Too much money for the quantity and quality.

Atlantis is only hurting themselves by using this so-called "family style" eating. It is prohibitively expensive and assumes that people are all going to eat the same thing. If they sold the BBQ by plate, it would be much more popular. I am never paying $56 for a plate of chicken with no sides and I can't imagine anyone in their right mind doing so!

We were not aware that it was family style so keep in mind that the portions are huge. We ordered the Texas fries and they were great. The popcorn shrimp was good too. The dinners were horrible. The terriyaki chicken had a weird flavor and was $50. The ribs were huge but were super dry. There was no sauce on them. They were $60. We will not return.

The prices on the menu look expensive--Brisket $57.00, but we soon discovered that Virgil's serves family sized portions. The brisket could easily have fed 3 couples. We ordered four entree's for a party of 15 and went away fully satisfied. The service was excellent and the food delicious.
