We were lucky enough to stay in villa #1- right on the beach!! Amazing views and sounds of the ocean as we slept each night were just perfect! We spent a fair amount of time on the beach where the staff will helpfully set up a lounge chair and umbrella. If you are beach bums and plan to spend the majority of your time on the beach then this is the place for you. There are a couple of pools as well.
The villa itself had everything you need, a full kitchen, large dining table, comfortable living room and TV in each bedroom. We had a minor issue with the cable in the 2nd bedroom and they came and fixed it within the hour. Good selection of cable channels! The villas are not the most modern and starting to show their wear in some spots. I wish I could say that the master bed was comfortable, but it had some serious sagging issues and was pretty bad.
We were able to purchase most food items- but very limited selection of meats - at the on-site market. Alcohol is pretty cheap to buy but everything else is expensive. I mean food is REALLY expensive. Whether eating on site at the restaurant or ordering out, it's pricey. If you plan to cook in your villa bring as many dry goods as feasible with you.
It's about a half hour walk to Atlantis. PI Beach Club offers a limited # of discount vouchers at the front desk each morning- Get up early and pick some up! Taxis are available and are very reasonable. Our family of 5 used them and it cost about $20 to get downtown. Well worth it and we were able to shop, eat and explore. For a couple of dollars each we also took the local bus to 'Fish fry' and had a choice of yummy reasonably priced local food. Conch fritters? Yum!! And we checked out the zoo and danced with Flamingos, awesome!!

Room tip: Lower numbered villas are closer to the beach, but are priced higher as well.

Thank you for visiting with us, and happy to know that overall you enjoyed your stay.

Sorry to know that your mattress was not comfortable, mattress comfort levels are challenging, Sleep Number Mattress' says it best, "What's your number?" meaning that we all have different levels of firmness. The mattress' are all new, I wish that we were notified we would have been too happy to change it to a firmness to your comfort level, we have several spare mattress' on property with different sets of firmness.

The small convenience store does have limited selections of meats, we also offer to make yoru food store pickups for you, I recommend sending your grocery list in advance, for a small fee, we will be happy to place your grocery items in your villa prior to your arrival,

Again thanks for vacationing with us,

Best regards

Quaint 2 bedroom condo on the ocean right next to the Ocean Club. No crowds and ideal for kids and those that don't want the hassle of the Atlantis. Kitchen , dining, terrace for viewing ocean in morning..Great!! The units have been upgraded and the air is very cold. Nice master bedroom with ensuite and other bathroom for kids...nice. The location is just a short cab ride to visit the Atlantis and its Marina with all its shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet by ocean. can get noisy at times by pool if a lot of kids playing...Very good price by week when compared to Atlantis and the price of their food. The beach club has it's own luncheon bar by pool and a grocery store on premises as well. Very convenient and a solid value IMHO for families and adults who want to get away from it all plus the best beach in the Caribbean.

Room tip: Get an ocean view suite

The Resort is on Pardise Island located right on the beautiful Cabbage Beach. Our villa was facing the water and the views were amazing.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, the resort also gives you a voucher for 50% off the Aquaventure at Atlantis.
Atlantis is just a mile away and very walk-able.
We signed up for the Bahamian night dinner, which was good, food was amazing nice variety, there was also live music Junkanoo after dinner.

Rooms in the villas are spacious but a little dated, although kept very clean. There is no maid service on Sundays and Wednesdays. The resort also has a mandatory $150 spend at the pool bar.
Keep in mind that groceries are limited and very expensive in the Bahamas, so do try to carry some essentials with you.
All in all a great place to vacation, lots of sun, blue wates and white sand.

Happy that you visited with us and sounds like you had a good over all experience, yes the discounts at Atlantis really makes the stay at the Beach Club a great deal, combine that with a awesome beach and not bad at all.

I admit that the rooms are a little dated but spacious, since your stay with us, all the villas received new furniture and we are in the process of tiling all the villas making for a nice upgrade.

Thanks for choosing us for your valued vacation, please come again!

This place has the best beach in the Bahamas. Excellent staff who are all very friendly. Only a short walk to the stores and the Casino at the Atlantis. We stayed 10 days and could have stayed a few more but back to reality.

Going back next year for 2 weeks.
